Growing up in 1970’s Corby, once an industrial steel town, Tony couldn’t wait to leave school and head to art college, where his love of music began. While there, a group of his friends decided to start a band, but they were missing a drummer - so, this was the moment Tony took the plunge. Completely self-taught, Tony and the group took influences from bands such as Hawkwind, Sabbath, Can, Doors, Ian Dury, The Sweet, and Status Quo. From this eclectic mix, their first band: Psychic Feedback was born in the Summer of 79. Moving to Bath in 83 led Tony onto several different music projects, broadening his musical horizons - from jazz, to electronica, and alternative music. Gigging on the circuit over the years has been an incredible journey, and Tony is excited to continue that with Siren.
